Rental Process

Upon your final selection of the Property


Once you have selected the property the first thing you want to do is make an offer where you will be able to start the negotiations and engage your agent in trying to obtain a better rent for the property. Once all parties agree on the rent, our loyal agent will provide you with the following.

A. Reservation form

B. Tenancy Contract

C. Security deposit, Rent payment and comission payment receipt

E. Advise on Ejari Registration

F. Advice on how to complete your utilities connection

G. Coordinating with landlord to clean and paint the property if applicable

H. Coordination of Hand-over of keys and access card of the property
